The Truth

In the age of AI it is becoming more and more difficult to determine what is real and what is fake.  These fakes leave us wondering did Zelensky really surrender, was Trump really arrested, did Taylor Swift really catch a touchdown pass from Bart Starr? In all of these cases…the answer is NO! What about some of the other seemingly impossible images and events we find.  Can that Yorkshire terrier really do back flips? Did a man in Maine really live alone in the wilderness for 27 years in just a tent?

Despite all of the questionable content we find ourselves inundated with each day, we still have what we need to determine what is true.  We have our eyes, though they may not see as well.  We have our ears, though they don’t always hear so well.  We have our hands, though they don’t always move so well.  We have the Word of God which has proved itself valid over and over again for thousands of years.

In fact, it is in these scriptures that we find one of the most impossible but true events as encountered by the history of mankind.  In Matthew 28:1-15, we find the tomb of a dead man is suddenly empty, and then even more remarkably the man who was once dead, is now alive and appears to Mary Magdalene.

Mary sees him. Mary hears him. Mary even touches him, leaving no question that the impossible event has just occurred.

May we come to see that the evidence of Christ being our Risen Savior is indeed valid and he therefore is worthy of our worship.
